The secret recipe for a healthy and pretty baby

okie, so now i've finally delivered my baby girl. Touch wood, she is healthy, cute, and smart. I think credit goes to all the supplements and good food i had throughout the pregnancy period.

Thanks to my mother in law, she cooked me bird nest soup every 2 weeks. Bird nest soup is believe to improve generally pregnancy well being and, improve the baby complexion. I started this on my 4th months pregnancy; but 1 thing to take note, stop consuming it when you enter your 8th month pregnancy, As according to the chinese physician, it might cause asthma on your baby. So do take note.

Meanwhile, my mother in law also prepared me the cordyceps militaris soup. Somehow my baby loves it so much, as I can see her rolling inside non stop once I drinking this soup, haha. Hhhmmmm, no wonder she has such strong arms and legs now. Thanks to mother in law once again! haha

In the same time, I took some supplements prescribed by my gynae which is the Obimin tablets, calcium tablets and the DHA tablets.  I started with the Surbex calcium, but then switched to Vitahealth. Reason being, hubby had a chat with the pharmacist friend and think that Vitahealth is more suitable for a pregnant lady. Anyway, it is very depends. I just consumed whatever good for baby and me :)

Hubby bought me E.Excel Millennium for daily consumption also. I took 2 spoons daily, day and night each. This is seriously taste good, and it was the only time when i can take something cold. As this cactus juice has to be stored in fridge once opened. I finished 3 boxes of it throughout my pregnancy.

So, these are my recipe for a healthy pregnancy and pretty baby :) No harm trying anyway as I see my real result here :)
